Dr. Jaclyn Chasse, N.D.

Dr. Jaclyn Chasse, N.D. is a naturopathic doctor and the co-founder of Northeast Integrative Medicine. She was born and raised in New Hampshire and is thrilled to be one of the first to bring integrative medicine to New Hampshire. Dr. Chasse is a graduate of Bastyr Universtiy in Seattle, the world’s leading university in the natural health sciences.

Dr. Chasse’s background in biochemistry has taught her that each person is unique, and so each patient’s treatment is customized to meet their individual needs. Dr. Chasse has undergone extensive training in women’s health, pediatrics, and infertility including an internship at a world-renowned natural fertility clinic in Sydney, Australia. She serves on the adjunct faculty at Bastyr University in the field of gynecology and reproductive health. Her clinical practice focuses on these specialties.
Dr. Chasse also writes and lectures across the country, and serves as the Medical Educator for Emerson Ecologics. She currently serves as President of the New Hampshire Association of Naturopathic Doctors and has been an active member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians since 2003.

Dr. Keith Lavalliere, D.C.

A New Hampshire native, Dr. Keith Lavalliere, D.C., M.S.A.C.N., received his Doctorate of Chiropractic Medicine from New York Chiropractic College. He also holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Clinical Nutrition.

As a result of Dr. Lavalliere’s varied and extensive education, he is able to treat a wide variety of complaints and specializes in soft tissue injuries and chronic disease management, including the treatment of obesity, diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, PCOS, and metabolic syndrome.

Within his practice, Dr. Lavalliere utilizes a wide variety of osseous and soft tissue manipulation as well as flexion distraction technique and rehabilitative exercise in his treatment protocols. When dealing with chronic illness, Dr. Lavalliere practices functional medicine, is certified in the First Line Therapy program, and as a health coach and nutritional counselor he assists in complete dietary, fitness, and exercise planning, giving his patients all the necessary tools to see optimal results and reach their full health potential.
Dr. Carrie Chojnowski, N.D.

Dr. Carrie Chojnowski, N.D., N.H.C.M., C.P.M. is a licensed naturopathic doctor, New Hampshire Certified Midwife, and Certified Professional Midwife. Dr. Chojnowski was born and raised in the Massachusetts/southern New Hampshire area, but she traveled to the west coast to pursue her doctorate and graduated from Bastyr University in Seattle, the world’s leading university in natural health education, clinical care, and research.

Dr. Chojnowski’s studies have given her extensive training in preconception counseling, prenatal care, birth and delivery, pediatric evaluation and care, adolescent concerns, and women’s health. As a primary care physician she sees all ages and ranges of illness. Dr. Chojnowski believes strongly in finding the root cause of illness and in every individual’s inherent capacity to heal once the obstacles to health are removed.
Dr. Chojnowski is a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians (AANP), the New Hampshire Association of Naturopathic Physicians (NHAND), and the Midwives Association of North America (MANA).
Dr. Lori DiBacco, N.D.

Dr. Lori DiBacco is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and a Massachusetts native. She graduated with honors from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona.

In her practice, Dr. DiBacco assists patients of all ages with their personal health goals. Her special interests include thyroid and adrenal imbalances, fatigue, autoimmune diseases, skin conditions, HPV/cervical dysplasia, digestive disturbances, detoxification, and environmental medicine. With all of her patients, Dr. DiBacco takes the time to truly understand their experience of illness. She offers a variety of investigative and therapeutic tools to develop comprehensive and individualized plans to restore each patients’ health. Dr. DiBacco firmly believes in the simplicity of Naturopathic philosophy: to focus on the whole person, to identify and treat the cause of disease, and to work with the laws of nature to bring about the most rapid and complete cure.
Dr. DiBacco is an active member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians (AANP) and is honored to serve as the President of the Massachusetts Society of Naturopathic Doctors (MSND).
Dr. Lise Alschuler, N.D., F.A.B.N.O.

Dr. Lise Alschuler is a naturopathic doctor with board certification in naturopathic oncology. She has been a practicing naturopathic physician since 1994.

Dr. Alschuler has previously directed naturopathic medicine at Cancer Treatment Centers of America- Midwestern Regional Medical Center in Chicago, IL, an accredited regional hospital specializing in the provision of integrated oncology care. Prior to that, she was the clinic medical director at Bastyr University Natural Health Clinic. Dr. Alschuler is the co-author of The Definitive Guide to Cancer: An Integrative Approach to Prevention, Treatment, and Healing, now in its 3rd edition (Random House, 2010). She has lectured extensively on these topics nationally and internationally.
Dr. Alschuler believes that her job as a naturopathic physician is to stimulate and support the innate healing processes within each individual by applying a scientifically based strategy that utilizes the most natural and least harmful approaches possible. Alyson Adams, LAc, MSOM

Alyson brings a fresh approach to Traditional Chinese Medicine, combining a Master of Science degree from Oregon College of Oriental Medicine (OCOM) and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from Boston College.

Alyson is a board certified Diplomate of both Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine by the NCCAOM and is licensed in the state of New Hampshire. She has a special interest in treating women’s health concerns and has advanced training in the field of infertility and treating women during pregnancy. She also specializes in treating chronic and acute pain management by utilizing a combination of acupuncture, heat therapy and massage. Alyson is an acupuncturist detox specialist certified by the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association and has experience using acupuncture for smoking cessation and substance abuse.

Alyson is a very active member within the acupuncture community as a means towards enhancing acupuncture awareness nationwide. She serves as a board member for the New Hampshire Acupuncture and Asian Medicine Association (NHAAMA), as well as being a member of the American Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (AAAOM).

Maureen Persijn is a Licensed Esthetician who has been practicing holistic skin care since 2001. She received her training from Catherine E. Hinds Institute with advanced training in Germany. Maureen also has an extensive knowledge and love of plants that she incorporates into her skin care.

Maureen’s love of herbal medicine was inspired by her husband’s love of plants. His knowledge came from his family’s heritage, which incorporated herbal medicine as a way of life. Maureen saught out an herbal education and completed the renowned Herbal Apprentice program with Rosemary Gladstar.

Scott D. Komisarek is a Certified Lifestyle Educator with over twenty years of practical experience with health and wellness. He takes a genuine interest in the helping patients achieve radiant health and is committed to providing patients with the support necessary to succeed in transforming their lives. He’s here to help guide patients through the life changing process offered through the First Line Therapy program. He has learned that no two people’s health challenges are the same and works to design individualized plans for each patient’s specific needs.

Beth Allard
Beth Allard has been a licensed massage therapist since 1999. She is a graduate of the New York College for Wholistic Health, Education and Research, where she learned traditional European style massage and also an ancient Chinese therapy called AMMA Therapy. Beth also has a Bachelors Degree in Biology, which is where her fascination with the human body began. Beth has been a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) for 11 years and is also Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCTMB).
Beth also specializes in pregnancy massage and knows first hand how important massage can be to help women through such a demanding time on their bodies. She loves following women through each trimester and of course after baby comes too. Post-natal massage is very important for the body and mind. New moms need to take care of themselves also, to be the best moms they can be.
Beth is excited to be a part of Northeast Integrative Medicine where she hopes to pass on her belief that massage is not just a luxury but a way to help maintain your physical and emotional health and well being.
